The file itself never touches a server — only account and billing details do, and only if you sign up for a plan. We also use privacy-respecting Google Analytics to count visits and measure which features get used; it never receives your files, file names, or anything inside a document, and it's switched off automatically if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
